RECEPT - Banana Bread with cinnamon.

This bread is AMAZING!

I eat it for breakfast with onion and tomatoe on top, i use it as a “side kick” for different dishes, as a snack in between meals and sometimes i eat it together with my coffe instead of a cake cause its a sweet kind of bread. This is something i always bake and store in fridge and freezer. A healthy delicious bread. You will love it! . Ingredients: 3 medium size bananas 2 eggs 1 tsp salt 4 dl wheat oats 3 dl wheat flour 2 tsp bicarbonate soda 2 tbs cinnamon 1/2 dl fluid honey


  1. Mash the banans in a bowl and whisk down the eggs till you get a soft batter without to many big pieces of banana. Mix this batter with the honey.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl and then add the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ones.

3. Put fat and bread crumbs in a bread tray, put the batter in and bake in the middle of the owen on 200 degrees for about 30-45 min. It all depends on the owen so please check the bread every now and then if its ready or not by punching it deep with a knife or fork.
