RECEPT - COCOA coated PEANUT Butter Balls (healthier option)

Cocoa coated Peanut Butter Balls!

(healthier option than my Swedish chocolate balls)

Ingrediens:

3dl Oat Flour (mix oats in a foodprocessor or with a mixer)

1 ½ tbs water

1 tsp cold strong coffee

3 tsp cocoa

2 tbs peanut butter

3 tbs honey (liquid)

2 tbs cocoa to roll the balls in when they are ready

.

Instructions:

Mix all ingrediens together in a foodprocessor. Add more water if the ”dough” becomes to solid and more oat flour if its to wet. Roll the ”dough” into small round balls and roll them in cocoa. Put them in the fridge for about 30 min before serving.

Perfect with a cup of coffee after food or as a snack on the road or “on the go”!
