
The following recipe will make your weekend a little more “chocolate-ish”…
.
Ingredients:
1 medium size banana
2 1/2 dl wheat oats
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tbs liquid honey
1 ½ tbs cocoa
1 tsp cold strong coffee
Coconut flakes to roll the balls in

Instructions:
Very simple! Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand or in a food processor. Roll balls and roll them in coconut flakes. Cool them in the fridge for about 30 min before serving.
